Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Toys Revolution™ will accept all refunds or replacement requests if the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.

The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. 

Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of 10 AUD will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for.

Shipping Update

This update is to inform you that we are operating as per usually, with added protection across our warehousing, ensuring that your orders are dispatched in a safe manner. We are sanitising frequently, keeping the 1.5m distance rule, and doing our best to keep up with your orders.

Please also note that there may be a delay in updates from your tracking number - this is not on our end, it is due to the shipping carrier, so please keep this in mind when tracking your parcel.

• Shipping within Australia takes between 3-8 business days.

• Shipping to New Zealand takes between 5-12 business days.

• Other countries take between 5-12 business days (depending on your local post services).

Toys Revolution™ is not responsible for any failure to deliver products on time or at all to the fullest extent permitted by law if such failure results from an event beyond its reasonable control. 

An event beyond its reasonable control would include but is not limited to war, rebellion, labour strike, natural disaster such as an earthquake or an endemic or pandemic such as COVID-19.

In such circumstances we shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the product to you once the event no longer prevents us from doing so.
