Good news! You have 14 days to collect your parcel from your post office, hopefully this can help.
If you aren't able to collect it from your local post office in 14 days, it will be sent back to our warehouse.
In this case, if you would like to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee of AU$ 10.
If you would like a refund instead, we will refund you the amount of your order minus AU$ 20 for the processing & return shipping costs. In any case, Toys Revolutionâ„¢ will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
Unfortunately we cannot change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.

Yes, after maximum 48 hours after your purchase you receive a tracking number directly to your inbox.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include all your tracking details.
